The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs has launched the PIVOT trial (Psilocybin Intervention for Veterans Overcoming Treatment-Resistant Depression), a multi-site study testing COMP360 psilocybin in veterans whose depression has failed to respond to conventional therapies.
